Trail Between Manitou Springs and Chipita Park
This 3.1 mile section of the trail is complete only from Manitou Springs to the Waldo Canyon trailhead on
highway U.S. 24. At the Manitou end look for the sign for the Ute Indian Trail. At the Waldo
Canyon end you must cross highway 24 to reach the trail. There is a gate across the trail.
The connection to Chipita Park will be part of the American Discovery Trail when it is finished.
Until then you must travel U.S. Highway 24 to reach Chipita Park.
